Funds raised at the event help provide after-school and summer programs at Directions for Youth & Families two youth centers. Kids truly benefit from leadership development, fitness and nutrition, creative and performing arts, and the computer labs at the centers. Providing a safe, positive environment where kids can be successful is vital for their growth and futures. Due to our terrific first year attendance, additional race shirts are being ordered for those of you that registered on race day and did not yet receive a race shirt. Race day registrants will receive an e-mail in the upcoming weeks to notify you once shirts arrive and are available for pick up. The note will include location and other details.
