Event Information

The Top of Ohio 5K will start and end at the highest point in the state of Ohio, historic Campbell Hill, which is located on the campus of the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, one of the top 10 career and technical schools in Ohio. Bellefontaine features some of the most beautiful scenery with its rolling hills and majestic views. The 5K will be a competitive race for those who like competition, but it will also be a good chance for first-time runners or those who just want to run, walk or jog by themselves or with a group!

High School Challenge

Students aged 13-18 in high school can join together to form groups of 5 members to run the 5K as a team. Maybe your track or cross-country teammates want to take the challenge and continue to train? Or maybe you and your friends are looking for a way to have fun through fitness? Whatever the case, we encourage you to form a team and get involved in the event. Separate awards will be handed out for this class of runners.

Top of Ohio Miscellaneous Team Challenges

Perhaps you are a group of neighborhood friends that wants to form a team? How about a non-profit organization that wants to use the race as a way to raise money for your own charity? Whatever the case, there are many of you that may want to take the challenge and have group support. Teams can form in groups of 5 to have a miscellaneous team during the 5K.

• 8:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m. REGISTRATION
• 9:00 a.m. 5K Run Start
• 9:05 a.m. 5K Walk Start
• 9:45 a.m. 5K Awards Ceremony

*Events, activities, campus tours, and loads of fun on campus throughout the morning! Spectators are encouraged to come be a part of this event!
