Event Information

We are running/walking to raise money for a family wanting to adopt a baby from China. Join the fun and help bring Baby Hope HOME to her family.

Somewhere in China a baby girl was abandoned at just 10 days old. This precious little girl has extra digits on both hands, which makes it difficult for her to manoeuvre what comes easily to most. She has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. And there is a family in St Louis who is working very hard to bring her home. This family is desperately scrambling to raise funds to bring their daughter home so she can be seen by a pediatric neurologist, and she can begin receiving occupational and speech therapy. The resources are so readily available in the US but do not exist in China. Let’s help bring Baby Hope HOME!

Registration & Packet Pick Up

Packet pick-up and race day registration will be held on race day (May10th) beginning at 8:00AM at Glacier Ridge Metro Park with the kid's run to begin at 8:45AM followed by the 5K run/walk at 9:00AM.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 10 male and female finishers.

Home Run 5K

• Before May 10th - $15*
• Race Day Registration - $20*

Kid's Run

• Before May 10th - $10*
• Race Day Registration - $15*

*Event shirts can only be guaranteed to pre-registered participants.

All racers will receive post-race refreshments. And kids can meet a Columbus Clipper’s Mascot before their run!

Directions

Race will be held at Glacier Ridge Metro Park 9801 Hyland Croy Road Plain City, OH 43064.

From Columbus: Take I-270 toward Dublin. Take 33/161 west (exit 17B) toward Marysville. Follow 33/161 west to the 161/Plain City/Post Road exit. Turn right at the light and then immediately left on Hyland Croy Road. Park is approximately 2 miles ahead on the left.
