About the 2010 Spring Into Health 5K & 1 Mile

The 2010 1st Annual Spring Into Health 5K & 1 Miler will take place in Westfield Center.  The race activities and wellness activities will take place in Park Circle.  Parking is available off North Leroy Road at Leroy Methodist Church.  Premier Sports will be timing the race.  Lodi Community Hospital will be offering free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings as well as other health and wellness information.

  • Time: 8:30 am 1 Mile start time, 9:00am 5K start time, registration begins at 7:30am
  • Entry Fee: $20 through May 14, $25 May 15 through race day, May 22. 1 Miler is $10 up through race day, May 22.
  • Race Packets: Free refreshments for participants. T-shirts will be given to the first 100 entrants.
  • Awards:
    • Medals at the finish for top three overall male and female runners in each age group.
    • Age groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60 & Over.
